An excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and hardworking Account Manager to join a growing financial services firm. The role will require the candidate to have at least 3 years' experience in a wealth management firm, preferably as a private client administrator, wealth manager assistant or junior paraplanner, to support the private client team in the London office.

Skills & Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience in administrative roles within a wealth management space;
  • Junior paraplanner experience preferable;
  • Hard working;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Impeccable attention to detail;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Capability to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines;
  • Experience in writing reports is desirable;
  • Knowledge of Anti-Money-Laundering, KYC and Due Diligence requirements;
  • Relevant Industry qualifications are also preferred but not required.

The Role

  • Serve as main point of contact for all account management administrative matters;
  • Preparation of bespoke investment proposals for potential and existing clients;
  • Preparation of investment order books and entering bulk trades for Credo's model portfolios;
  • Dealing with a variety of client queries under supervision;
  • Daily portfolio administration on behalf of relationship managers, including monitoring of credit inflows and debit cash balances, responding to corporate action notices and rebalancing of client portfolios to their agreed mandates;
  • Preparation and review of monthly marketing documents sent out to clients;
  • Maintaining high-risk asset approval list;
  • Assisting relationship managers with other ad-hoc projects, including monthly and yearly compliance reporting and performance reviews;
  • Such other activities that may reasonably be required.
