Credo Care Fostering was established in 2000 as the UK’s first Independent Fostering Agency, specialising in the care of children with complex medical needs and physical and learning disabilities. Due to continued success and growth, we are seeking independent, self‑employed Form F Assessors to undertake Form F assessments for prospective foster carers in the above areas and to potentially provide supervision and support to approved foster carers within this part of the region.
You
- With a social work qualification and Social Work England registration, you must have post‑qualifying work experience of working with children in care and fostering.
- Knowledge of the Fostering Services Regulations 2011 and National Minimum Standards for Fostering Services is essential.
- You will be an excellent communicator, have good time management and IT skills with flexibility to work evenings and weekends if required.
- In addition, you will hold a full UK driving licence, your own transport and be willing to travel.
The Role
- Posts are subject to enhanced DBS, two satisfactory references and current registration with the appropriate professional body.
- You must have right to live and work in the UK.
