Senior Product Managers at Creditstar enjoy tremendous scope and responsibility. The Product Manager is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Life Cycle, including gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager also ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

- Lead customer development and understand what’s happening in the market.
- Build and analyse/monitor customers journey/sales funnel with the latest third party tools.
- Work with the Chief Product Officer to set the long-term vision and strategy for your Product.
- Work closely with Product Designers, Country Leads and Collection teams to build amazing customer experiences.
- Present product performance in internal meetings.
- Use 3rd party tools for product development.
- Execute customer development related activities (collect info about customers opinion on our product and services) and implement changes.
You’re data-driven and back up projects with data and follow through to make sure they’ve resulted in big customer impact.
- Ability to produce quality product requirements while working closely with the product designers and other product managers/leads.
- Cooperation skills to work closely with other Product Managers and business functions like Engineering, Country Management, Collections.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a product in a globally distributed environment and working in a product-led company.
