Creditspring is hiring a Senior Performance Creative Designer to drive acquisition and commercial impact across Meta, Tik Tok, and You Tube.

You’ll partner with Growth, Product, Brand and Compliance to create high-performing, data-informed creative in a fast-moving regulated environment.

You’ll design across static, video, carousel and UGC formats, experiment with AI-assisted production, and continuously test to optimise engagement, conversion and efficiency.
