We are Creditspring, a new way of borrowing that focuses on its members and provides them with safe and efficient short-term financial products. We're a fast-growing FCA-regulated consumer credit company. We have members, not customers and we take a lot of pride in that! As one of the UK’s only subscription finance companies in the market, we truly have a unique value proposition. Our mission is very clear; to improve the financial stability and resilience of our members. We do this through the products we provide, the partnerships we have, and our educational content. We want our members, and everyone in the UK to be able to better manage their finances and steer them away from high-cost, unregulated credit options.
About the role: At Creditspring, creative isn't just about making things look good. It's one of our biggest growth levers. We're looking for a Senior Designer who understands how to create work that drives acquisition, learning and commercial impact. You'll partner closely with Growth, Product, Brand and Compliance to build creative that performs across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, continually testing, iterating and refining based on data. You'll combine strong creative instincts with a performance mindset, using insight rather than opinion to inform decisions. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and is excited by experimentation.
Responsibilities:
- Build high-performing Meta, TikTok & YouTube creative.
- Create compelling performance campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Produce static, video, carousel, and UGC-style assets in a variety of formats.
- Design creative to maximise engagement, conversion, and efficiency.
- Understand how creative influences platform performance and adapt as algorithms and audience behaviour evolve.
- Lead with a direct-response mindset.
- Develop creative around clear customer motivations, strong hooks, and effective conversion journeys.
- Create structured testing plans that isolate variables such as messaging, visuals, and calls to action.
- Use every campaign as an opportunity to learn, optimise, and improve performance.
- Create within a regulated environment.
- Produce persuasive creative that meets FCA requirements without sacrificing impact.
- Collaborate confidently with Compliance to balance legal obligations with engaging storytelling.
- Help customers make informed financial decisions through clear and responsible communication.
- Drive rapid experimentation.
- Support a high-volume testing programme by producing multiple creative concepts and iterations each month.
- Develop scalable production methods using modular design systems and templates.
- Use AI tools to increase creative output while maintaining a consistently high standard of craft.
- Create TikTok-native content.
- Understand what makes content feel authentic to TikTok rather than simply adapting Meta assets.
- Embrace creator-led storytelling, platform trends, and sound-first experiences.
- Use native formats such as Spark Ads to create content that feels natural within users' feeds.
- Partner across the business.
- Work closely with Growth, Product, Brand, Compliance, and Analytics.
- Translate business goals into effective creative strategy.
- Challenge weak briefs and influence stakeholders using evidence rather than opinion.
- Clearly communicate the strategic thinking behind creative decisions.
What you'll need to succeed:
- 5+ years’ experience creating high-performing paid social and YouTube creative across a variety of formats.
- Strong understanding of direct response marketing, creative testing, and conversion optimisation.
- Experience in financial services or another regulated industry where compliance is part of the creative process is a plus.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating measurable commercial impact, not just visual quality.
- Experience using AI tools and scalable creative systems to accelerate production.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
