We are currently looking to recruit a Product Manager with SAAS product experience. This role will be based in Cardiff with the requirements to attend the office 50% of the week.

Company policy states that you must live within a 60 mile radius of the office to be eligible to apply, we will not promote a further commute to eliminate burn out from long distance travel

The product team at Creditsafe is a dynamic and collaborative group of over 20 professionals, including product managers, technical product owners, and product support specialists. This diverse team works together to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our global customer base.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the standardisation and growth of our global SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a focus on aligning stakeholders across various departments and international markets, to ensure cohesive product development and implementation.

You will leverage your expertise to conduct in-depth market research, shape user experiences, and develop effective go-to-market strategies. Your role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including other product managers / product owners, engineering, marketing and sales, to ensure seamless product launches and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Roadmap Management: Working with the product team lead to develop and deliver a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the company\’s strategic goals and market demands.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand the unique needs and preferences of customers in different regions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with product owners to drive delivery of requirements that meet the product strategy
  • Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches and adoption in various local markets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and drive product improvements.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment, with a focus on global product standardisation desirable but not essential
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies
  • Experience in shaping the user experience of a product, with an understanding of UX design
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in using product and behaviour analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Log Rocket, MS Clarity, etc
  • Experience working with and influencing product owners to deliver the product roadmap
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging stakeholders across various departments, technical backgrounds, and levels of seniority
