About The Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Portfolio Solutions team. This is a hybrid role with both Product Manager and Product Owner responsibilities. This position offers significant room for growth, as you will be working on the product team responsible for Data Studio, our new AI-powered solution for portfolio management and master data management. In this role, you will be the Product Manager for Alerting and Monitoring capabilities. You will own the roadmap to redevelop these capabilities on our new platform and the strategy for customer migration and sunsetting of our existing standalone products. Additionally, you will be the Product Owner for the development team responsible for maintaining the current monitoring product. You will work closely with engineering, product, marketing, sales, and support teams across the globe to ensure smooth product development, go-to-market strategies, and day-to-day customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and interpret customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Own the product roadmap and prioritise features to deliver maximum value, balancing the maintenance of existing products with the development of new capabilities.
  • Manage the backlog by setting priorities for the development team, translating product requirements into actionable user stories and specifications.
  • Drive the transition from standalone product offerings to an integrated portfolio management solution.
  • Collaborate closely with other areas of product management, engineering, and stakeholders including sales and leadership.
  • Ensure product releases are high quality, create customer value, and are backed by go-to-market activities.
  • Work with support teams to solve customer issues in a timely manner and to develop self-service knowledge banks.
  • Develop deep knowledge of your product area.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create tailored go-to-market collateral – documentation, training, etc.
  • Evangelize the product and its benefits internally and externally.

  • Ability to clearly articulate customer needs (the “why” and “what”) through comprehensive product requirements/user stories considering both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Outcome-oriented mindset that enjoys creating innovative solutions to customer needs.
  • A critical thinker able to identify root causes, evaluate alternative approaches, and make sound decisions with incomplete information.
  • Encourages healthy debate and curious thinking within a team environment to arrive at a suitable solution (the “how”).
  • Prior experience working on solutions that balance the needs of new customers with those of existing customers migrating to new platforms/solutions is beneficial (but not essential).
