We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join the API team, driving the product direction. This is a highly technical role; the ideal candidate will have worked in a technical role previously moving into Product or have a passion for development and understand the structure of APIs.

We are seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for our flagship Connect API. You will own the roadmap to develop our APIs and will need to make important prioritisation decisions to meet current and future customer needs (including readiness for AI agents and LLM-based consumption). Key to the role will be working with the API Architect and development team to ensure we are building the right thing at the right time. You will work closely with engineering, product, marketing, sales and support teams and customers across the globe to ensure smooth product development, go-to-market and day-to-day customer experience.
- Partner with the API Architect to provide a clear, evolving product vision to align API development with customer and market needs.
- Manage the development backlog, translating requirements into actionable user stories.
- Own API lifecycle management — versioning strategy, deprecation policy, and legacy endpoint retirement.
- Proven experience as an API product manager.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum product development practices.
- Passion for technology and data-driven business decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
