We are currently looking for a Solutions Consultant to work in our Cardiff team, this role will work within the Strategic Account team.

About the Opportunity
As a Technical Sales Consultant, you’ll work directly with enterprise clients, from pre-sale through to successful delivery. You will take ownership of your own projects, translating client requirements into technical solutions, designing and implementing integrations, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You’ll act as a trusted subject matter expert and collaborate closely with colleagues across Creditsafe.
What You Will Be Doing
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into documented technical specifications.
- Design, build, and deliver bespoke solutions using Python, automation tools, and cloud-based storage such as S3.
- Lead technical implementations, including API integrations, SFTP file delivery, and workflow automation.
- Provide pre-sales technical support, advising on solution design and feasibility.
- Review existing client implementations, identifying opportunities for optimisation and efficiency.
- Contribute to technical best practice documentation and internal knowledge sharing.
- Work closely with the Business Analyst and other team members to drive successful client outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong coding ability in Python, with experience of automation, data pipelines, or integrations.
- Hands-on knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, and cloud storage.
- Proven ability to manage technical projects independently, from scoping to delivery.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in client-facing discussions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with adaptability and attention to detail.
