We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Domains Product team in Cardiff. You will be expected to attend the office 50% of the working week, in line with our hybrid working policy.

As a Product Manager within our Domains Product team, you will focus on combining Creditsafe’s curated business information and customer intelligence into products that deliver clear, actionable insights. You will play a key role in transforming complex data into meaningful outputs embedded within workflows, reports, and intelligent features across our customer-facing products. Working closely with Product, Data, Engineering, and Commercial teams, you will shape how data is combined, analysed, and delivered to solve real customer problems at scale. This is a pivotal role in supporting our shift from delivering data to creating intelligent, insight-led products.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver insight-driven use cases that address real customer needs
  • Translate business problems into structured insight outputs, reporting solutions, and product features
  • Develop reports and features that combine Creditsafe and customer data into clear, actionable insights
  • Apply AI where it adds value, including identifying patterns, generating insights, and enabling proactive delivery
  • Develop agent-enabled capabilities so insights can be delivered through MCP channels and embedded within automated workflows
  • Ensure outputs are structured, explainable, reusable, and actionable
  • Create and manage PRDs, epics, features, and user stories
  • Define data inputs, dependencies, transformation logic, and output formats (e.g., reports, dashboards, alerts, services)
  • Ensure products prioritise insight over raw data and are intuitive for customers to understand and act on
  • Work with stakeholders to define key customer questions, metrics, and desired outcomes
  • Prioritise work based on customer value, business impact, and scalability
  • Challenge requirements to maintain focus on meaningful insights rather than feature volume
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Data & Analytics, Engineering, and AI/governance teams
  • Maintain alignment on product vision, data readiness, and delivery timelines

The responsibilities listed above are not exhaustive, and you may be asked to take on additional reasonable duties as required by your line manager.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to translate business problems into clear, structured product requirements
  • Experience building or working with data-driven products, reporting, or analytics platforms
  • Strong understanding of how to turn data into actionable insights
  • Proven prioritisation skills with a focus on customer and commercial outcomes
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI, machine learning, automated analytics, or agent-based/API architectures
  • Exposure to credit, financial, or risk data, including compliance considerations
  • Familiarity with BI tools or modern data platforms

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Company laptop provided
  • Bonus scheme
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Hybrid working model
  • Healthcare and company pension

Be prepared to discuss real-world examples of how you’ve managed product development from ideation to launch. Bring specific insights on tools like JIRA or Trello that can help streamline these processes.
