We're currently recruiting for Production / Process Operatives to join our friendly Production team based in Crediton. Hours for this role are averaged at 42 hours per week and the working pattern is based on 12-hour shifts rotating across a continental shift pattern which includes days, nights, and weekends within a 4-week cycle.
Production / Process Operative Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe and compliant manufacture of products under the management of the Shift Manager.
- Carry out production and processing activities by operating, monitoring, and managing process and packaging machinery, including required production checking in line with Company SOPs and GMP.
- Conduct audits, defined sampling and testing routines, and undertake relevant checks.
- Ensure effective handover at the start and end of every shift.
