We are helping to build the UK’s market for high-integrity Nature Credits. Our first major UK project is contracted, our partnership with Stabiliti is live, and our UK pipeline now spans over 25,000 hectares and over 4 million Nature Credits. Now we need the person who will turn that pipeline into revenue. Our commercial pipeline has just stepped up. A major Yorkshire project (Broughton Sanctuary) is contracted and a second major project in Scotland (Isle of Arran) is progressing. Our partnership with Stabiliti embeds verified nature investment into everyday financial transactions through their Green Margin technology, opening up a second commercial channel alongside direct enterprise Nature Credit sales.
We have the credits, the science, the technology partner and the mission. What we need now is a commercial leader who can turn that into revenue. This is a foundational commercial role at CreditNature. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle for Nature Credits and the NARIA framework, engaging C-suite leaders (CFOs, Chief Sustainability Officers, CEOs) and market-makers who want to invest in verifiable nature recovery.
The role spans two complementary commercial motions:
- Direct enterprise Nature Credit sales to corporates, investors and landowners.
- Embedded Green Margin sales in partnership with Stabiliti, reaching retail, digital bank, fintech and direct-to-consumer (DTC) buyers at the point of transaction.
You will be the first commercial hire, reporting to the CEO. Your early wins will shape how we scale.
What you will do:
- Go-to-market strategy and execution: build and own a targeted market-entry plan covering corporates with emerging nature-reporting obligations, businesses committed to sustainability, and consumer-facing brands reachable through our Stabiliti partnership. Anchor the effort in Yorkshire in Phase 1 and extend into Scotland and the wider UK in later phases.
- Consultative selling: proliferate high-integrity Nature Credits, translate the science of ecosystem integrity into clear commercial value, and navigate 6–12 month enterprise sales cycles.
- Stabiliti partnership activation: work hand in glove with Stabiliti and our Nature Finance Lead to convert their pipeline into live integrations, and open new Green Margin accounts through your own prospecting.
- Partner and referral channels: build a systematic referral engine through sustainability consultancies (for example ERM, SLR, Greengage, Seismic), the B Corp community and other network partners.
- Relationship management and regional advocacy: cultivate long‑term relationships with corporate clients, regional stakeholders and channel partners.
- Pipeline discipline: build a robust self‑sourced pipeline in HubSpot and report forecasts to the CEO.
- Internal collaboration: work closely with our Marketing and Communications leads, and Nature Finance Lead, as well as our Product and Projects teams, feeding market intelligence back into product, pricing and strategy.
We are prioritising consultative commercial capability, a track record in B2B sales and a builder’s mindset over sector background. You do not need to come from nature finance or Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG); transferable experience from fintech, enterprise SaaS, carbon markets, natural‑capital investing or financial services is equally welcome.
If you are interested but unsure whether you meet every point below, we’d still love to hear from you.
What we offer:
- Annual commission on Nature Credit sales.
- New accounts bonus on Green Margin launches with Stabiliti. Total earnings uncapped.
- Share options as early‑stage participation in a scaling business.
Location: UK‑based, home as primary place of work. Willingness to be in Yorkshire 2–3 days per week is essential. Travel expenses reimbursed in line with HM Revenue & Customs approved rates.
This is a unique opportunity to join a certified B Corp at the forefront of its financial finance, which is now hitting a critical period in its growth journey. If you are looking to combine your natural enthusiasm for business development and satisfaction with hunting down and then closing long‑duration, complex mandates as well as directly contributing to projects that tangibly recover nature at scale, get in touch today.
