We are seeking an experienced and versatile marketing professional for a 12-month fixed term contract to provide cover for our UK Head of Marketing. Reporting to the US-based Global Head of Marketing, you will be the primary marketing lead in the UK — a hands-on generalist role spanning content production, digital, design, events, webinars, and brand. This role suits a senior B2B marketing manager who thrives working independently, takes pride in executional quality, and is comfortable managing a broad remit in a fast-paced environment. This is a part time hybrid role working three days per week, with at least two set days per week in our London office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Website & Digital
- Own day-to-day website content management — publishing posts and pages, updating existing content, and maintaining site structure using WordPress/Elementor (back-end CMS; no coding required).
- Ensure all web content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards, coordinating with internal stakeholders to reflect product developments, research releases, and campaign activity.
- Monitor and report on website traffic, audience trends, and conversion metrics using GA4, Fathom, Leadfeeder, RB2B, and other analytics platforms, surfacing insights that inform content and campaign decisions.
- Content & Design
- Edit, format, and publish research reports and marketing content to a publication-ready standard using Adobe InDesign; create and adapt charts in Excel in line with brand guidelines.
- Produce and edit visual assets — graphics, banners, event collateral, and web imagery — using Canva (including video), InDesign, and Illustrator as required.
- Create and maintain on-brand sales and marketing presentations in PowerPoint.
- Develop creative content for paid and organic social channels, including graphics, short-form video, and copy, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across all outputs.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Produce regular performance reports on marketing activity, drawing on data from Pardot and Salesforce to track lead and contact engagement and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain reporting cadences in collaboration with the Global Head of Marketing, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all outputs.
- Track and analyse the performance of digital content and social activity, using data to inform optimisation and planning.
- Webinars & Events
- Own the webinar series end-to-end: scheduling, technical setup, promotion, and post-event follow-up using CiscoWebEx, including operating the platform live on behalf of the sales team.
- Project-manage in-house and third-party events — pass registrations, collateral production, logistics, and pre/post-event email campaigns.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in a generalist or marketing manager capacity, with a broad skill set spanning content, digital, and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign; working knowledge of Illustrator.
- Proven CMS experience (WordPress or equivalent) for website content management.
- Confident with web analytics tools, including GA4 and ideally at least one of: Fathom, Leadfeeder, RB2B, or similar.
- Experience creating content for paid and organic social channels, including graphics and short-form video.
- Experience managing webinars in a live-event capacity (WebEx or equivalent).
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, including chart creation and formatting to brand standards.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, or HubSpot for email marketing and lead management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Self-starter able to operate independently while maintaining close alignment with a remote line manager across ET/GMT time zones.
What we offer / benefits:
- A seat at the table: Work directly with the Global Head of Marketing and senior leadership team, influencing how the business is positioned and marketed in financial services at the highest level.
- Real ownership: Step in and make an immediate impact, with the autonomy to define processes and leave a lasting mark on the marketing function.
- Experience and exposure: Deepen your skillset working alongside experienced commercial and financial services leaders, with exposure to the full business across a focused, high-impact engagement.
- A small, smart team: Global reach, niche product, serious clients, and a platform to do some of the most interesting work in financial services marketing.
- Holidays: Competitive holiday package.
- Health and Wellbeing: Private health insurance cover including mental health cover.
- Pension: Opportunity to join company pension plan.
- Healthy work/life balance.
- Community: Supportive, collaborative and social team environment.
