You will own a dedicated account base from day one, with the scope and quality of your coverage expanding as you demonstrate capability. The expectation is clear: move quickly from guided execution to autonomous operation.
What You'll Do

- Execute secondary market transactions, progressing rapidly to independent execution.
- Deliver timely market colour, trade ideas, and research content to clients.

- Strong understanding of credit markets and institutional client dynamics.
- Commercially driven with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills — written and verbal.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, MarketAxess, or Tradeweb is an advantage.
- Knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements and client classification rules.
