Vous recherchez un stage en Support Analyst ? Alors postulez ! Au sein de la Direction Global IT, filière FX et rattaché(e) au responsable du BO FX IT, l'analyste support contribue à l'activité de support applicatif des systèmes d'information de la delivery team BO FX :

  • Application de gestion Back Office des produits de types changes et trésorerie (FX, FX Swap, Money Market principalement)
  • Application FO-to-BO pour l'activité de Trésorerie et de Gestion Actif Passif du groupe Crédit Agricole SA sur le périmètre de Londres.

Concrètement vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Participer à l'analyse fonctionnelle des sujets remontés par les équipes métiers : Middle et Back Office de Crédit Agricole CIB sur un périmètre mondial.
  • Participer à l'automatisation des activités de support applicatif. Les compétences en développement java sont un plus.

Critères candidat :

  • Niveau d'études minimum : Bac + 5 / M2 et plus
  • Formation : Université, Ecoles de commerce ou d'ingénieurs / informatique
  • Spécialisation : Connaissances des activités marchées de capitaux
  • Compétences IT : Connaissance des SGBD SQL Oracle et/ou SYBASE, progiciel Marchés de Capitaux, ITIL, Excel, Access.
  • Capacité à rédiger (procédure, étude, spécification) et à communiquer aux clients ainsi qu'auprès du management Client et CMI.
  • Niveau d'expérience minimum : Une première expérience en finance est souhaitable.
  • Compétences recherchées : Maîtrise du Pack Microsoft Office, Français et Anglais courants.
