Global Markets Structuring team is organised around 3 poles: Corporates, Financial Institutions and Wrapping Solutions, and 4 regions: Americas, Asia Pacific, EMEA (ex. France) and France. The role focuses on Financial Institution clientele, delivering structured credit offerings for investments or hedging.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with sales to propose products and solutions (pricing, strategy, pitch, client meetings) for hedging and investment purposes.
- Prepare marketing materials for existing and new products, review with customers, CACIB and lawyers.
- Execute transactions with Trading according to CACIB pricing policies.
- Ensure best‑in‑class trade execution from pre‑ to post‑trade to offer best client service, in compliance with internal and external rules.
- Collaborate with regional structuring teams to ensure efficient production and idea generation.
- Contribute to development of new products or adapt existing ones to local client needs, responding swiftly to reverse inquiries.
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide added‑value solutions, marketing content, technical support/training and pricing assistance to the sales network.
- Foster cooperation and ensure smooth execution between trading and sales.
- Design and develop new products, tools and materials responding to client needs and sales feedback.
- Implement appropriate or tailored financing and packaging wrapping solutions with strong transactional motivation.
- Support cross‑selling business with regional and global sales teams.
- Ensure compliance and legal standards of originations.
- Represent the business and serve as point of contact on structuring/technical matters internally and externally.

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent.
- Finance related university degree and/or professional qualification.
Experience
- Experience in financial engineering/structuring and new product development.
- Experience in financial products for IRD, FX, Credit, Equity Derivatives.
