The Institutional Marketing Team is part of the Institutional Marketing and Business Development Support department. The team is responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining Amundi’s core institutional marketing assets, including the global institutional website, sales materials, thought-leadership platforms, and client-facing collateral.
- Designing and deploying targeted marketing strategies to strengthen Amundi’s positioning with institutional investors across regions and segments.
- Supporting business development through high-impact campaigns, content, and events that enhance awareness, deepen engagement, and reinforce Amundi’s expertise and solutions.
- Ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging that reflects Amundi’s leadership in responsible investing, innovation, and investment solutions.
The role drives Amundi’s institutional marketing strategy by creating high-quality content, campaigns, and materials for pension funds and long-term asset owners. It maintains and enhances core institutional marketing assets while ensuring consistent, impactful messaging across channels. It also supports business development through targeted initiatives that strengthen visibility, deepen engagement, and reinforce Amundi’s leadership in institutional investing.
Main Accountabilities:
- Strategic Marketing for Pension Clients: Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for global retirement systems, including DB, DC, public pensions, sovereign funds, and multi-employer schemes. Translate complex investment and retirement themes—liability-aware investing, private markets, sustainability, income solutions—into clear, compelling narratives for institutional audiences. Partner with regional Sales and Client teams to identify opportunities, shape client-centric campaigns, and support market entry, product launches, and distribution initiatives.
- Content Development & Thought Leadership: Work with investment teams and other content specialists to create high-impact materials: white papers, presentations, market insights, case studies. Adapt global content to specific pension needs, ensuring relevance, precision, and strategic positioning. Support the development of retirement-focused thought leadership to strengthen the firm’s voice in the institutional market.
- Campaign Execution, Channel Activation & Market Insights: Lead multi-channel campaigns (email, events, digital, social, consultant platforms) to drive awareness and engagement across pension stakeholders. Collaborate with digital teams to enhance distribution, UX, and visibility across owned and earned channels.
Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, or related field. Professional qualifications are a plus.
Experience: 5+ years in marketing, investment communications, or pensions-focused roles.
Required skills:
- Strong command of PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience using AI tools for content adaptation is an advantage.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working with senior stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and strategic thinking.
Technical skills required:
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and digital analytics tools.
- Understanding of the UK pensions market and its stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear, compelling messages.
Languages: Fluent English with excellent writing skills; French is a plus.
