Based in London, within the Global Markets Division (GMD) / COO Office, you will be part of the GMD Transversal COO team in charge of transversal functions of the Global Market Division. In this dynamic environment, you'll collaborate across teams to drive efficiency and innovation in our transversal functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination of all Clearing aspects for OTC derivatives, Listed Derivatives (ETD) and Repos
- Regulatory watch and regulatory change relating to clearing obligation in Europe, in the US and in Asia
- Implement new rules and adequate organization to meet regulatory requirements
- Provide report on clearing activities
- Coordination of the response to CCP due diligence questionnaires
- Be the Referent on Clearing obligations
- Onboard new CCPs Paris booking if necessary
- Clearing impact of Transversal projects
- Contingency plan on Clearing (Monitoring and implementation)
- Contribution to scare resources (RWA reduction, Balance Sheet reduction)
- Contribution to collateral clearing management upon request of the relevant team
- Relationship management with major European CCPs and Clearing Brokers
- GMD representative in CACIB CCP Governance
- Implement other CCP initiatives (LCH SwapAgent, EUREX partnership program)
- Act as Business Project Manager for Clearing IT projects
Your background
We are looking for a candidate with proven expertise in OTC and ETD clearing processes, market mechanisms, and regulatory change interpretation, with experience across CCPs, clearing brokers, market platforms, and related institutions.
