Our Infrastructure Coverage team sits at the centre of the bank’s relationships with leading infrastructure investors globally. Acting as a strategic partner to our clients, the team delivers integrated advisory and financing solutions across M&A, structured finance and capital markets. We are seeking an ambitious Infrastructure Coverage Associate to join our London‑based team spearheading the bank’s leading infrastructure franchise. The role offers exposure to all infrastructure sectors, close interaction with senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to origination, execution and client management activities within a leading European Corporate & Investment Bank with longstanding leadership in Real Assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coverage & Relationship Management: Support senior bankers in the coverage of infrastructure investors and coordinate with sector, product and geographic teams. Assist in maintaining client relationships and manage CRM data, budgeting and profitability analysis.
  • Transaction Origination & Execution: Monitor M&A and financing pipelines, prepare pitch books and client presentations, and support transaction execution alongside product and sector specialists. Analyse market trends, investor strategies and competitive dynamics, identify emerging opportunities and support senior bankers with strategic insights.
  • Credit, Risk & Regulatory Support: Contribute to credit applications, assist with exposure monitoring and reviews, maintain KYC documentation, and liaise with Risk, Legal and Compliance teams.

Location: Europe, United Kingdom, City London

Education: Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Experience: Prior experience in investment banking (M&A or structured finance) with exposure to the infrastructure space preferred. Strong analytical, corporate finance (incl. familiarity with valuation and credit analysis).
