We are looking for a self‑motivated, organised and detailed‑oriented individual to join our Communications team on a 6‑month fixed‑term maternity cover contract (potential for a further 6‑month extension). Based in London, on the trading floor, the scope of the role covers Europe with a focus on the United Kingdom and France.
Key Responsibilities
- As an active member of the Global Markets Communications team, you will work on all matters related to communication activities, with a specific focus on client events and conferences.
- Event Management: Manage the full event management process for conferences, client events and entertainment, digital or in‑person:
- Prepare a detailed proposal including cost estimate, budget management and timeline.
- Liaise with third‑party providers when needed.
- Design and manage event website (Eventogy, Evenium).
- Provide regular status report to event stakeholders, including delegate registration updates.
- Oversee all logistics aspects and keep stakeholders informed about the event’s progress.
