Crédit Agricole CIB is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide full legal, advisory and transaction management support to DCM business teams and Syndicate desks. You will draft, structure and negotiate offering documentation and advise on distribution and marketing for debt capital markets transactions worldwide.
You will supervise external counsel across jurisdictions and contribute to governance, procedures and KPIs for the DCM group, working closely with the Paris team.
