Are you a recent graduate eager to kick‑start your career in the financial markets? We are looking for a Trainee FI Structurer who can harness their core competencies in strategic thinking, analytical skills, and innovative problem‑solving in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. The internship will be housed within the Global Markets Structuring team, which spans four regions: Americas, Asia Pacific, EMEA (excluding France), and France. The team focuses on designing and developing tailored financial solutions across a broad spectrum of asset classes including Rates, Credit, FX/Precious Metals, Equities, and Cross‑Assets.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy and Business Planning: Collaborate with Trading to develop new fixed‑income strategies that meet investment or hedging needs; work with the sales team to design and propose innovative products and solutions, including pricing strategies and client pitches; prepare and refine marketing materials for both existing and new products, ensuring compliance and clarity for all stakeholders.
  • Product Development and Execution: Contribute to the creation of new products by responding to market demands and regulatory changes; participate in developing tools aimed at automating internal processes such as pricing and deal workflows; maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends and performance to ensure relevance and competitiveness of our product offerings.
  • Client and Internal Communication: Provide support and training to the sales team on product features and the use of pricing systems; engage directly with clients and investors to explain product details and investment opportunities; ensure continuous alignment with internal teams, including Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, and Back Office, to streamline operations and adhere to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor / BSc Degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High motivation with a keen interest in financial markets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with financial software and tools.
