Join our Financial Security Advisory & Governance Team as an Intern, where you will play a crucial role in supporting compliance with financial crime and sanctions policies. This internship is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in financial security, compliance, and anti-financial crime measures. You will gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment, contributing to projects that help reduce financial crime within the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in various Financial Security projects as required.
- Support team members in preparing for regular committee meetings.
- Help in collating statistics and data for various reports.
- Maintain training statistics, monitor attendance, and manage follow-ups.
- Participate in training sessions held for and/or by the Financial Security team.
- Assist in the drafting of Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) summaries.
- Liaise with Business Lines on Financial Security related queries.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with strong diplomacy and tact.
- Confident and adaptable, with an eye for detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Energy and tenacity to work well under pressure to deadlines.
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong IT literacy (MS Office; databases, Excel etc); analytical skills.
