About Us:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Operational Resilience Analyst/Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in embedding and continuously improving our resilience framework.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Resilience: Assist in the development, implementation, and management of our operational resilience framework. Create and maintain accurate and insightful documentation and reports. Identify and map important business services and dependencies. Lead scenario testing and monitor the resilience of critical operations.
2. Regulatory Compliance and Reporting: Stay informed of emerging regulations and trends. Prepare and deliver periodic resilience and continuity reports to senior management.
3. Crisis Management: Support the development and execution of our crisis management framework. Play a key role in incident response.
4. Third-Party and Vendor Management: Ensure outsourced partners and suppliers meet resilience and continuity standards.
5. General Responsibilities: Maintain the operational resilience organization. Collect and present data, analyze problems, and recommend solutions. Support department management, lead projects, and prepare presentations.
