Join the Medium Long Term Funding Team at Credit Agricole S.A. London Branch, where you will assist the Asset Liability Management Front Office in structuring and executing bond issues to wholesale debt markets and providing liquidity to various subsidiaries. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial sector, particularly in debt capital markets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bloomberg, and Python is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution of Funding Plans
- Assist in the execution of public benchmarks, private placements, and hedging swaps, including operational and documentation aspects
- Help construct daily private placement targets based on market analysis and dialogue with dealers
- Assist in preparing investor presentations for regular credit updates and deal-related roadshows.
- Debt Capital Market Analysis
- Support in recommending issuance opportunities across various markets (EUR, USD, GBP, etc.) to senior management
- Prepare a weekly "Markets Review" for the Financial Management teams of subsidiaries
- Interaction with Market Desks
- Engage in daily dialogue with over 20 major investment banks, interacting with teams like Debt Capital Markets, Syndicates, and Swap desks.
- Execution of Internal Refinancing Deals
- Assist in building and monitoring the Group liquidity/transfer pricing grid
- Help set up new borrowings and loans for Group entities and manage transaction documentation in both French and English
- Financial Management and IT Tool Development
- Contribute to the preparation of activity reports and the development of execution and market monitoring tools
- Automate analysis and reporting processes using Python and maintain the existing Python database.
