We are seeking a seasoned TMT Syndicate professional to join our Telecom Finance Distribution (TMT Syndicate) team in London. This role sits within a leading Debt Advisory & Restructuring platform, focused on Structured Telecoms, Digital Infrastructure and related leveraged finance transactions. The successful candidate will play a key role in originating, structuring, pricing and distributing private credit transactions, including loans and privately placed bonds/notes, working closely with origination teams, infrastructure finance and leveraged distribution. This is a high-profile position offering exposure to complex, multi-jurisdictional deals, a broad investor base, and a dynamic pipeline within the evolving digital infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the origination, structuring and execution of telecom and digital infrastructure private credit transactions
- Provide input on pricing, terms and investor appetite from early-stage deal development
- Coordinate syndication and distribution across primary, secondary and credit risk transfer markets
- Work closely with origination, coverage, and distribution teams to ensure successful transaction execution
- Engage with the investor community through market soundings, updates and targeted discussions
- Monitor market trends, liquidity, and comparable transactions to inform deal strategy
- Prepare and support pitch materials, investor presentations and marketing processes
- Track investor feedback and maintain ongoing dialogue with banks and institutional investors
- Contribute to sector insights, quarterly updates and market intelligence reporting
- Coordinate preparation of internal materials including DAR opinions, liquidity analysis and closing documentation
- Maintain databases, comparables and market liquidity tracking tools
- Ensure accurate internal reporting and league table contributions
Experience
- Proven experience in loan syndication, infrastructure finance, leveraged finance or debt distribution OR within a commercial/origination or syndication-related role
