Be part of a high‑performing global Onboarding team spanning London, Paris, New York, and Hong Kong. In this Onboarding Analyst role you will contribute to the CACIB global Onboarding process through operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Provision of regulatory onboarding solutions focused on business‑as‑usual pre‑trade elements, including KYC & regulatory onboarding, KYC periodic review, and change‑management project involvement.
  • Ensure service delivery balanced with robust operational integrity by managing core onboarding life‑cycle issues such as periodic KYC review, delivery of regulatory remediation topics, management of portfolio and relationship management controls, implementation of Filiere tiers and FS‑driven initiatives, and continuous improvement programmes.
  • Deliver GMD onboarding obligations while developing practical market knowledge, adopting best practices with clients, peers and industry bodies, maintaining knowledge of regional onboarding practices and regulatory requirements, and representing the firm in regulatory meetings and committees.
  • Manage and deliver projects related to regulatory development and continuous improvement of the core service offering, applying Lean and Agile methodologies where appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree.
  • Experience in KYC onboarding and/or remediation in a financial services or regulatory environment.
