Are you an early-career finance professional looking to launch your career in project finance at a leading global institution? We are keen to identify a driven and intellectually curious Analyst to join our Infrastructure Project Finance team in London.

The Role: You will support the execution of large and complex project finance transactions across the EMEA region, working under the guidance of experienced deal team leaders. The team operates across a wide range of infrastructure sub-sectors, including transportation, social infrastructure, environment, regulated utilities, and emerging areas such as low carbon mobility and energy from waste.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting transaction teams in the assessment of new opportunities and the execution of project finance deals, including financial modelling, documentation and due diligence.
  • Assisting senior directors with origination and marketing activities, including sector research and the preparation of client-facing materials.
  • Contributing to the drafting of credit applications and information memoranda, and supporting the syndication process.
  • Maintaining accurate records across internal systems and assisting with client budget reporting.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across business lines including DCM, Sustainable Banking and other cross-functional teams.
  • Providing ad hoc support on portfolio management activities such as waivers and annual reviews.

What We're Looking For:

  • A foundational understanding of project finance and structured transactions.
  • Solid financial modelling skills and familiarity with tax and accounting principles.
  • An analytical mindset with an appetite for complex, multi-faceted deals.
  • A degree in finance or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent is advantageous.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
