Crédit Agricole CIB is seeking a hands-on IT professional to join the Corporate Support IT team in London. You will deliver end-to-end application support across packaged, SaaS and bespoke solutions, managing L1/L2 incidents and coordinating vendor escalations to keep critical systems running smoothly.
You will work with Python, PowerShell and DOS scripting to build and maintain data transfer interfaces between applications, and collaborate with Information Security to address vulnerabilities.
