Credit Agricole CIB’s Corporate Support IT team is looking for a new member.
To deliver end-to-end application support across packaged, Saa S, and bespoke solutions — managing L1/L2 incidents, coordinating vendor escalations, and driving timely remediation to keep critical systems running smoothly.
With hands-on experience in Python, Power Shell, and DOS scripting, you will build and maintain data transfer interfaces that keep applications talking to each other efficiently.
You will also work closely with Information Security teams to address vulnerabilities and ensure systems stay compliant and current through proactive upgrade cycles.
Operating across global teams in London, Paris, Singapore and India, you bring a collaborative approach to incident management, change requests, and client relationship management — balancing technical rigour with strong service delivery.
