Money Expert is an independent comparison business looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our contact centre sales operation. Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of the sales floor, managing a team of Sales Managers, driving operational excellence, and ensuring outstanding commercial performance across the department.

The Role
We're looking for an experienced operational leader with a proven track record of managing sales leaders within a contact centre environment. This role is responsible for the overall performance of the sales floor, ensuring Sales Managers have the support, coaching and direction needed to deliver against business objectives. You'll be accountable for sales performance, operational efficiency, people development, compliance, customer outcomes and continuous improvement.
