Money Expert is an independent comparison business looking for a Dialler Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Dialler Manager, you'll optimise dialler performance across our contact centre, working closely with Team Managers, Operations Managers, and Contact Centre Managers.

The Role
As a Dialler SME you will play a key role in driving outbound call centre performance through effective sales campaign planning, dialler optimisation and lead management. Working closely with your manager and Team Leaders, you will use real-time data, campaign insight and reporting to ensure outbound teams are focused on the right leads, at the right time, with the right strategy to maximise contact rates, conversion opportunities and overall sales performance.
