Money Expert is an independent comparison business looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our contact centre sales operation. Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of the sales floor, managing a team of Sales Managers, driving operational excellence, and ensuring outstanding commercial performance across the department.
