We are a fast‑growing, independent consulting firm that puts technology at the heart of everything we do. As a Technology Solution Architect you will design and deliver modern technology solutions for our clients, influence technical strategy, and mentor peers while shaping your own career.
Location & Work Model
Based out of any UK office (London, Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle). The role is fully hybrid – 3 days per week onsite (client or office) and 2 days remote.

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver software/integration architecture projects on client engagements.
- Understand the client’s business, industry and strategy to create an analysis of the current state and develop an end‑state architecture.
- Present well‑argued options and viewpoints to create alternative solution approaches.
- Work with key stakeholders to agree the end‑state architecture and develop a roadmap to achieve it.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and guide the client in a way that enables them to understand technology in a business context.
- Develop a working culture that promotes inclusive collaboration and values every contribution.
- Manage risks and issues related to architecture by working closely with other team members to resolve them in time without impacting delivery schedule.
- Play a key role in supporting business development activities as a technology subject‑matter expert and maintain a professional network.
- Develop, mentor others and invest in your own professional education.
Your Qualifications
- Technically minded, pragmatic and passionate about technology.
- Strong understanding of current technology drivers, trends and concerns that impact business.
- Experience as a technology architect – assessing maturity, identifying gaps and shaping digital blueprints and roadmaps.
- Knowledge of architectural patterns, technology components, vendor solutions and emerging technology trends in one or more industries.
- Expertise in architecting digital and multi‑channel solutions covering all layers of the stack.
- Client‑facing experience – building relationships, conducting workshops and influencing stakeholders.
- Experience delivering end‑to‑end software delivery lifecycle using agile methods and multidisciplinary teams.
Desirable Skills
- Cloud architecture knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP) and relevant certifications.
- Integration technologies (Kong, MuleSoft, APIgee) and hands‑on experience designing microservices, RESTful APIs, event‑based architecture.
- Consulting methods and approaches to work with loose briefs, create consensus and communicate complex data clearly.
- DevOps experience – CI/CD pipelines, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes.
