We know great talent comes in many forms - including people returning from a career break. If you’re looking for part-time hours, flexible working, or a supportive transition back into your career, we’d love to explore how we can make this role work for you.

Would you like to be part of a consulting organisation that nurtures an open, collaborative learning environment? Are you passionate about technology, data and people? Whatever your aspirations, we’re trying to create the best boutique consultancy globally and we're looking for talented consultants to be a part of that.

Credera helps organisations solve their biggest, most exciting problems. We’ve created banks from scratch on Kubernetes and AWS, helped retail organisations become more agile, built streaming analytics solutions that protect the country and everything in between. We do all this in a work environment where regular social events, inclusivity and an ego-free culture mean we’ve been officially voted a “Great Place to Work”.

We’re not interested in cutting corners and believe in helping our clients to make the right choice for the long-term. We draw on our reputation for outstanding delivery to allow our consultants to do the right thing for our clients, and not necessarily the easy thing. Innovation is in our DNA, and we encourage our engineers and consultants to work together to rethink conventional wisdom on how problems should be solved.

Here’s what you will do:

  • As a Technical Business Analyst you will work with Credera clients and colleagues to translate customer requirements and business intent into effective change.
  • You’ll help clients achieve their goals by gathering and analysing requirements, understanding and mapping processes and analysing data.
  • Typically, you will be involved in improving clients working practices, products and software through business and data analysis.
  • As well as working on large-scale IT and business transformation programmes, our consultants get involved with a broad range of rewarding activities; from the development of new products and tools, to sponsored sporting events and cake baking in support of our annual chosen charity.

Based out of any of our UK offices, this is a permanent role within our Management Consulting Function. At Credera, we operate a flexible hybrid working model. This requires 3 days per week working onsite - either at client site (as required) or in your local Credera office (London, Manchester, Leeds or Newcastle). We value collaboration and client impact, so our hybrid model is designed to strike a balance between flexibility, in-person connection, and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and validate business and technical requirements using business analyst and design thinking techniques.
  • Articulate user experiences through developing user persona, storyboards, customer journey maps.
  • Assist with the development of and prioritisation of product user story / requirements and maintain the overall product backlog.
  • Support the facilitation of workshops using different techniques.
  • Design and document processes.
  • Support the design of operating models.
  • Support the implementation of business change.

We are looking for ambitious and intellectually curious consultants to join our high performing team. You will be perceptive, personable, culturally-sensitive and demonstrate a high degree of emotional intelligence. Being able to work collaboratively is essential.

This is what you get in return:

  • Along with a great company culture, Credera provides an exceptional compensation package including a competitive salary (£38,500-48,000) and a comprehensive benefit plan.
  • Our consistent growth over the years and entrepreneurial environment, provides an excellent platform to embark upon an exciting career path, where your contribution really counts, and we will recognise it.
  • With personalised development opportunities, experienced colleagues around the globe and exciting client assignments, progression can be extremely rapid for high performers.
  • We are a social bunch of people and connect as a team on a regular basis.
  • You can also expect a highly collaborative working environment.
  • A range of flexible benefits consisting of well-being and lifestyle benefits.
  • A commitment to your development & continuous growth of skills through one-to-one mentoring and wide-ranging hands-on experience.
  • 25 days’ holiday and the ability to flex this to 30 days if you chose to do so.
  • 2 day’s CSR volunteering days – for use on community or charity events.
  • Award-winning learning and development opportunities, including dedicated time and a wide range of choice in training courses.
