Credera is seeking a Service Designer to join the Delivery Centre in Newcastle, UK, with a hybrid working model and 60% in-office time. You will design end-to-end, user-centred services across multiple engagements, translating policy and user needs into practical service experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You will iterate on journey maps and service blueprints, ensure accessibility and usability per GDS standards, and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to drive.
