Through our Delivery Centre, you will help translate customer requirements and business intent into functional and non-functional requirements.

The central hub for this position is in Newcastle, but we welcome applicants from across the North-East.

We operate a hybrid working policy with an expectation of 60% in office time.

As a Business Analyst in Credera’s Delivery Centre capability, you’ll work as part of a close-knit team supporting one of our long-term client partnerships alongside architects, support engineers, and delivery leaders.

You are perceptive, personable, culturally sensitive and demonstrate a high degree of emotional intelligence.

Ability to discover, analyse, and document business requirements to support delivery of projects.

  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, ensuring alignment between business and technology teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to see the “big picture” across business processes and systems.
  • A strong understanding of a range of Business Analysis tools and techniques
  • Experience in BA tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio or Excel
  • Must be willing to apply for UK government security clearance
  • Accountable for delivering defined work packages to agreed time and quality with limited supervision, following established processes and standards
  • Able to plan own workload, contribute to short-term team planning, and escalate blockers while proposing practical solutions
  • Experience working in Agile teams and collaboration tooling (e. g. JIRA, Confluence, Share Point).
  • BCS/ISEB Business Analysis, Scrum, SAFe, or CDMP).
  • AWS, Azure, GCP).
