We know great talent comes in many forms - including people returning from a career break. If you’re looking for part-time hours, flexible working, or a supportive transition back into your career, we’d love to explore how we can make this role work for you.
Are you a technologist passionate about customer centric marketing? Or even a marketer with one foot in technology? Do you strive to deliver best practice data enabled Customer Experience? Are you a self–starter, able to see the ‘big vision’ and the steps needed to get there?
We are looking for entrepreneurial consultants to join our expanding specialist Marketing Technology consulting division as we strive to simplify the MarTech ecosystem for our clients, accelerate their Return on Investment and enable their next generation of digital marketing.
Based out of any of our UK offices, this is a permanent role within our Martech team. At Credera, we operate a flexible hybrid working model. This requires 3 days per week working onsite - either at client site (as required) or in your local Credera office (London, Manchester, Leeds or Newcastle). We value collaboration and client impact, so our hybrid model is designed to strike a balance between flexibility, in-person connection, and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.
As a Managing Consultant in the Modern Marketing Transformation Practice at Credera, you will help our clients transform their digital marketing capability through a holistic approach to their people, process, technology, and data. No one day is the same, but what is consistent will be your focus on excellence and humility. Partnering with our clients to do whatever it takes to ensure they achieve demonstrable business outcomes.
Whilst attitude is more important than experience, we are looking for our Managing Consultants to have 3+ years of relevant experience. This could be in any professional context relevant to Marketing Technology. For example, you may have a consultancy background, an IT background, be from a digital marketing agency/marketing services provider, or built your experience working client side. If you do have a different background to this, we are also extremely keen to speak to you as diversity of background is also very important to us.
We are hoping you'll display some of the following:
- Digital marketing transformation strategy experience which can be across one or more marketing domains (MarTech assessments, digital customer experience, customer data, organic strategy, marketing operations)
- MarTech enablement and implementation experience across any of the following areas (CMS, DAM, web & mobile, UX design, CDP, analytics, data privacy/ consent, SEO, agile marketing)
- Experience with digital marketing tools, ideally implementing but experience as a user is also fine (Salesforce and Adobe are a bonus)
- A customer focussed mindset, passionate about using the latest technologies and data analytics to drive exceptional customer experience for brands
It would also be a bonus if you can demonstrate the following:
- Experience in operating model design and implementation, product and service analysis and design, and requirements gathering in the Marketing Technology space
- A professional services consulting background, or have experience managing, implementing or guiding the strategy of Digital Marketing Teams / Technologies
You’ll be a highly committed professional with a passion for marketing technologies, curious, and show initiative to figure out complex problems. Passionate about guiding teams and providing both formal and informal mentorship. Conversationally adept across multiple areas covering the MarTech landscape with specific experience in one-to-many capability areas. A master communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand terms. Result focussed and committed to provide exceptional value to your clients and partners through a high level of personal accountability.
Along with a great company culture, Credera provides an exceptional compensation package including a competitive salary (£60,000-80,000) and a comprehensive benefits plan. Our consistent growth and entrepreneurial environment provide an excellent platform to embark upon an exciting career path, where your contribution really counts.
