You are collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn. You have experience building software solutions using modern technologies and enjoy working in dynamic teams.
- Proven ability to mentor engineers in collaborative, cross-functional teams
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, or JVM (e.g., Java with Spring Boot) for back-end API development
- Experience with SQL and schema-less databases (e.g., MongoDB)
- Familiarity with Git/DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development
- Experience with containerisation and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
- Experience with cloud platforms (ideally AWS, but Azure or GCP also valuable)
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Desirable skills:
- Exposure to TDD and test automation practices
- Experience integrating front-end and back-end systems
- Familiarity with continuous delivery practices
- Interest in expanding into cloud-native architectures or advanced engineering practices
