You will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of the business, providing critical insights, driving financial planning and forecasting excellence, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.

Flexibility: hybrid working model, requiring 3 days per week onsite at your local Credera office (London, Manchester, Leeds or Newcastle).

Base pay range: £70,000–£82,500 per annum.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and long‐term P+L forecasting cycles, delivering accurate and timely outputs for senior management.
  • Maintain and enhance financial models in TM1 / Planning Analytics, moving beyond Excel‐only approaches.
  • Perform variance analysis, highlighting key drivers and delivering actionable insights to management.
  • Support ad‐hoc financial analysis and reporting requests.
  • Own the end‐to‐end budgeting process, coordinating with budget holders across the business.
  • Partner with business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor to challenge assumptions and influence decision‐making.
  • Provide scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to support strategic planning and risk management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in forecasting and reporting processes, embedding best practices.
  • Deliver financial insights and recommendations clearly and confidently to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate cross‐functionally with Sales, Operations, and HR to align financial targets with business objectives.

  • Advanced proficiency in financial modelling best practices and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem‐solving mindset.
