You will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of the business, providing critical insights, driving financial planning and forecasting excellence, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
Flexibility: hybrid working model, requiring 3 days per week onsite at your local Credera office (London, Manchester, Leeds or Newcastle).
Base pay range: ÂŁ70,000âÂŁ82,500 per annum.
Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and longâterm P+L forecasting cycles, delivering accurate and timely outputs for senior management.
- Maintain and enhance financial models in TM1 / Planning Analytics, moving beyond Excelâonly approaches.
- Perform variance analysis, highlighting key drivers and delivering actionable insights to management.
- Support adâhoc financial analysis and reporting requests.
- Own the endâtoâend budgeting process, coordinating with budget holders across the business.
- Partner with business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor to challenge assumptions and influence decisionâmaking.
- Provide scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to support strategic planning and risk management.
- Drive continuous improvement in forecasting and reporting processes, embedding best practices.
- Deliver financial insights and recommendations clearly and confidently to senior leadership.
- Collaborate crossâfunctionally with Sales, Operations, and HR to align financial targets with business objectives.
