Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain Management System operations: Across the various Management Systems (Quality, Environmental, Achillies and Service) ensure policies, procedures, registers, controls, and records remain current and audit-ready.
  • Monitor non-conformities, corrective actions and improvement opportunities, keeping logs accurate and up to date.
  • Audit operations: Across the various management systems, maintain the yearly audit calendar, arrange the necessary prerequisites for audits and help management system owners prepare for audits.
  • Manage the relationships with our audit partners.
  • Prepare reporting packs and data for management reviews; capture and follow up on actions.
  • Keep abreast of changes to the standards and ensure processes to ensure we adopt best practice into our management systems.
  • New Certifications and accreditations: Establish the process and governance for the organisation to achieve new certifications based on business need, or leverage certifications and capabilities of the wider Omnicom Group.

Health: You can manage multiple workstreams, deadlines and document trails without things slipping. Clear written and verbal communication, and confidence working with people across all levels of the business. Exposure to internal auditing, or willingness to complete internal/lead auditor training. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn unfamiliar standards. Comfortable working in a global organisation with a US Headquartered parent company.

  • Professional membership fees paid.
  • Develop your compliance expertise in a growing global organisation with a strong supportive team around you.
