Why Join CRED?

CRED is an AI Native Command Center for businesses. We centralize internal and external data and match it with insights to help companies make better decisions and predict the future. With early traction in sports and entertainment (working with the PGA, Warriors, and more) and a fresh $15M+ venture round, we’re scaling quickly. CRED’s dataset is one of the largest business databases in the world, spanning customers, people, companies, and their relationships. We build LLM Agents powered by this data to help teams drive better customer outcomes. At CRED, you’ll have ownership, influence, and full autonomy in your area. We move fast, execute in weekly sprints, and optimize for time-to-value—both in user experience and delivery. If you’re energized by shaping world-class UX, rapid iteration, and working at the intersection of product, design, and data, this is the place.

What You’ll Be Working On

As Product Manager, UX, you’ll own end-to-end user experiences across the CRED product. You will lead UX strategy, improve friction points, drive product-led growth (PLG), and build foundational analytics used across the org to understand user behavior and engagement. Specifically, you will:

  • Own core user journeys across onboarding, workflows, outreach, list & opportunity management, filters & table views, and settings.
  • Drive UX strategy focused on simplicity, speed, and self-serve activation—bringing B2C-level usability to a B2B environment.
  • Build and maintain analytics dashboards and UX instrumentation used across the product org to measure adoption, usage, friction, and customer value.
  • Shape pricing, packaging, and monetization experiences with a PLG mindset.
  • Define and execute UX-focused product roadmaps in weekly sprints, partnering closely with design, engineering, and leadership.
  • Use product analytics to identify opportunities, reduce friction, and optimize user flows.
  • Write clear and actionable PRDs with a strong emphasis on UX rationale and customer value.
  • Partner deeply with design to ensure high-quality, consistent, and intuitive experiences across the product.
  • Ensure UX foundations scale as we grow across teams, customers, and markets.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Must come from a UX/design background (previous design role or strong UX foundation).
  • Must have 3+ years of B2C or PLG experience—building intuitive, low-friction, self-serve user experiences.
  • Hands-on experience building analytics dashboards or instrumentation for product orgs.
  • Strong experience using data to understand behaviour, define metrics, and drive UX decisions.
  • Proven ability to write PRDs and translate requirements into intuitive, user-centered product outcomes.
  • Experience in fast-paced startup environments with weekly/bi-weekly sprint cycles.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity with high autonomy and rapid iteration.
  • Customer-first mindset with a track record of shipping impactful UX improvements.
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator.

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with AI-driven or automation-heavy products.
  • Proficiency in SQL and comfort with APIs (REST/GraphQL).
  • Experience at both early-stage startups and scaling companies (200+ employees).
  • Exposure to pricing, monetization, and PLG motion design.
  • Comfort with Figma or similar design tooling.

This role is ideal for someone who is deeply UX-minded, has built PLG or B2C-like product experiences, and wants to define how users interact with CRED’s core product—from first touch through advanced workflows and insights.

Compensation Range: £65K - £110K
