Why Join CRED?

CRED is an AI Native Command Center for businesses. We centralize internal and external data and match it with insights to help companies make better decisions and predict the future. With early traction in sports and entertainment (working with the PGA, Warriors and more) and a fresh $15M+ venture round, we’re scaling quickly.

CRED’s dataset is one of the largest business databases in the world, including customers, people, companies, and many related entities. We build LLM Agents powered by this data to help teams drive better customer outcomes.

At CRED, you’ll have ownership, influence, and full autonomy in your area. We move fast, execute in weekly sprints, and optimize for time-to-value—both in user experience and delivery. If you’re energized by 360° product ownership, rapid iteration, and working at the intersection of platform, data, and customer outcomes, this is the place.

What You’ll Be Working On

As Product Manager, Platform, you’ll own core parts of the CRED platform that power user workflows, onboarding, and growth. Your scope will touch end-to-end product definition, delivery, and iteration.

  • Own platform experiences across workflows, outreach, list & opportunity management, filters & table views, and settings/onboarding.
  • Shape our pricing and monetization levers, aligning them with customer value and adoption.
  • Define and execute product roadmaps in weekly sprints, working closely with engineering, design, and leadership.
  • Use data and analytics to deeply understand platform usage, define success metrics, and iterate quickly.
  • Write clear and actionable requirements and PRDs to drive speed and execution.
  • Champion user experience and time-to-value, making every interaction seamless and impactful.
  • Partner with design and engineering to deliver fast, high-quality user-facing features.
  • Ensure that platform foundations scale as we grow.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Experience in UX/B2C/PLG products
  • Strong background in platform PM, automation, or data-driven products
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and product usage data; fluent in defining metrics and using insights to drive decisions
  • Proven ability to write PRDs and translate requirements into shipping product
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with weekly/bi-weekly sprint cycles
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, early-stage startup environments with high autonomy
  • Customer-first mindset with a track record of delivering impact quickly
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with AI, automation, or data-driven platforms
  • Proficiency in SQL and comfort with APIs (REST/GraphQL)
  • Experience at both early-stage startups and scaling companies (200+ employees)
  • Exposure to pricing and monetization strategies
  • Comfort with Figma or similar design tools

This role is for someone who wants to own a critical part of CRED’s platform, move with speed, and drive impact across customer onboarding, workflows, and monetization.

Compensation Range: £65K – £110K
