What You’ll Be Working On As Product Manager, Platform , you’ll own core parts of the CRED platform that power user workflows, onboarding, and growth. Your scope will touch end-to-end product definition, delivery, and iteration . Own platform experiences across workflows, outreach, list fluent in defining metrics and using insights to drive decisions Proven ability to write PRDs and translate requirements into shipping product Experience working in fast-paced environments with weekly/bi-weekly sprint cycles Ability to thrive in ambiguous, early-stage startup environments with high autonomy Customer-first mindset with a track record of delivering impact quickly Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator Bonus Points Familiarity with AI, automation, or data-driven platforms Proficiency in SQL and comfort with APIs (REST/GraphQL) Experience at both early-stage startups and scaling companies (200+ employees) Exposure to pricing and monetization strategies Comfort with Figma or similar design tools This role is for someone who wants to own a critical part of CRED’s platform , move with speed, and drive impact across customer onboarding, workflows, and monetization.
