What You’ll Be Working On
- As Product Manager, Platform, you’ll own core parts of the CRED platform that power user workflows, onboarding, and growth. Your scope will touch end-to-end product definition, delivery, and iteration.
- Own platform experiences across workflows, outreach, list & opportunity management, filters & table views, and settings/onboarding.
- Shape our pricing and monetization levers, aligning them with customer value and adoption.
- Define and execute product roadmaps in weekly sprints, working closely with engineering, design, and leadership.
- Use data and analytics to deeply understand platform usage, define success metrics, and iterate quickly.
- Write clear and actionable requirements and PRDs to drive speed and execution.
- Champion user experience and time-to-value, making every interaction seamless and impactful.
- Partner with design and engineering to deliver fast, high-quality user-facing features.
- Ensure that platform foundations scale as we grow.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience in UX/B2C/PLG products
- Strong background in platform PM, automation, or data-driven products
- Hands-on experience with analytics and product usage data; fluent in defining metrics and using insights to drive decisions
- Proven ability to write PRDs and translate requirements into shipping product
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with weekly/bi-weekly sprint cycles
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, early-stage startup environments with high autonomy
- Customer-first mindset with a track record of delivering impact quickly
- Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator
- Familiarity with AI, automation, or data-driven platforms
- Proficiency in SQL and comfort with APIs (REST/GraphQL)
- Experience at both early-stage startups and scaling companies (200+ employees)
- Exposure to pricing and monetization strategies
- Comfort with Figma or similar design tools
