UI/UX Designer – Predictive AI Platform
UI/UX Designer – Predictive AI Platform
Location: San Francisco, CA / London, UK / Remote
Team: Product Design
Type: Full-time
About CRED
CRED is a predictive intelligence platform redefining how modern organizations make decisions. By leveraging cutting-edge large language models (LLMs), real-time data, and structured prompts, we empower businesses to build, adapt, and deploy intelligent workflows at speed. CRED combines internal systems with predictive intelligence & real-world signals to tell you what to do, when to act & why it matters. CRED works with prominent businesses like the Warriors, PGA and Arsenal.
We’re based in San Francisco and London, operating at the intersection of human intent and machine intelligence. Design at CRED is not an accessory—it’s foundational. We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to help craft intuitive, elegant, and high-leverage interfaces that amplify human potential through AI.
What You’ll Do
- Design high-performance UX systems that simplify complex predictive AI tooling, including LLM-powered workflows, prompt builders, and output review surfaces.
- Translate abstract concepts like model behavior, confidence, or interpretability into clear, usable interfaces.
- Work cross-functionally with product, research, and engineering to bring generative tooling to life—from prompt design environments to feedback dashboards.
- Define end-to-end interaction flows across our platform: from onboarding to prompt iteration to production deployment.
- Build interactive prototypes that express behavior and logic, not just visuals.
- Balance clarity, speed, and depth—designing for users who are building, testing, and iterating with real-time AI systems.
- Support LLM-driven features, such as semantic search, intent capture, and in-product agent interactions, with UX patterns that feel intuitive and stable.
- Shape and evolve the CRED design system to accommodate prompt-first, generative interfaces and highly dynamic states.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in product or UX/UI design with B2B platforms, tools, or developer-facing products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex UX reasoning, not just aesthetics—especially around data workflows or builder environments.
- Experience designing for AI/LLM platforms, devtools, or automation systems a big plus.
- Fluency with tools like Figma, Framer, or code-based prototyping environments.
- Comfort working with dynamic inputs and ambiguous states—LLM results, real-time feedback, edge cases.
- Collaborative mindset, capable of working deeply with PMs, ML researchers, and frontend engineers.
- Bonus: familiarity with LLM prompt engineering or experience building products around GPT, Claude, or similar models.
Why Join Us
- Impactful product surface: Your designs will directly influence how builders interact with and shape AI outcomes.
- High-ownership role: We trust designers to drive the full journey—from insight to production.
- AI-native culture: You’ll work with a team that understands and embraces the unique constraints of building with models and uncertainty.
- Global reach: Based across San Francisco and London, we’re assembling a world-class, globally minded product team.
How To Apply
We’d love to see your portfolio and resume. Tell us about:
- Projects where you’ve designed complex or data-rich tools
- Any work involving AI, prompts, or system-building
- Your approach to clarity and usability in high-cognitive-load environments
If you don’t meet every requirement but feel strongly aligned with this mission, we encourage you to apply.
