Job Requirements
- RCVS‑registered Veterinary Surgeon with solid first‑opinion experience.
- A confident, empathetic communicator who can make clients feel calm, informed and respected.
- Comfortable making clinical decisions independently while knowing when to pick up the phone.
- Adaptable and happy working across different sites and teams, you can read the room and bring consistency wherever you’re based.
