Veterinary Hospital Director

As an experienced veterinary surgeon and leader, you will be responsible for the delivery of overall clinic performance. This includes clinical, financial and people perspectives. \\nYou understand and are passionate about the aims and model of Creature Comforts and always promote these to your team and clients.

Within this framework you will have autonomy to lead the clinic. \\nYou will be supported and guided by the leadership within Creature Comforts. \\n Job responsibilities \\n Main purpose and goals \\n Clinical Excellence Lead clinical delivery: \\n Spend 80% of your time clinically. \\n Allow all team members to work to their maximum qualification. \\n Ensure excellent teamwork.

\\n Clinical governance, identifying any clinical performance issues and support and understand reasons for them; implement plans to improve.
