Our mission is to create a calm and welcoming space for pets, their owners, and our teams.
We are looking for a Practice Host to support across our Barnet and Muswell Hill clinics.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in different environments, and wants to play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for every client and their pet.
You'll split your time between both clinics, supporting each team and ensuring our high standards are consistently delivered.
Requirements
- A genuine love for animals and people
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confidence working across both our Barnet and Muswell Hill clinics
- The ability to adapt quickly and build strong relationships with different teams
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A calm, friendly and proactive approach, even during busy periods
- A willingness to travel between our Barnet and Muswell Hill clinics
