Description
As a Practice Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and play an important role in creating a welcoming, organised and professional experience within the practice.
You’ll be responsible for greeting clients, answering calls, booking appointments and supporting the smooth running of the reception area.
You’ll also help with patient check-ins and weigh-ins, ensuring both clients and their pets feel comfortable and well looked after throughout their visit.
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, organised and confident communicating with a wide range of people.
You’ll need strong attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities and a proactive approach to supporting both clients and the wider practice team.
